Robert D. ★★★★★

The smoky one is my go-to now—it hits that deep, slow warmth I usually chase with fresh chilies, but the layers keep building long after the first bite. Bold without ever tipping into scorching, which is exactly the balance I've been hunting for.

Ruby ★★★★★

The smoky one is my go-to now, but I've gotta say the fruity pepper surprised me most—it's got that slow build that creeps up on you. Love that this set covers all four moods instead of just hammers you with heat.

Victoria X. ★★★★★

I grabbed the set expecting one-note heat, but the layers caught me off guard—that smoky one lingers beautifully while the fruity pepper sneaks up sweet before the bold finish lands. Perfect for building a sauce that shifts as it sits.
