Sweet peach up front, a warm bite of ginger on the finish, over a smooth black tea. Brew it hot when you want something warming with a little spice, or chill a strong batch over ice with a slice of lemon for a summer afternoon.

Peach pieces and ginger ride a black-tea base. The peach reads bright and juicy, the ginger adds a warming kick, and the black tea holds it together with a malty depth. A short ingredient list and a bold, sweet-and-spicy cup.

We blend and pack in small batches in Portland. Blended from black tea, peach pieces, and ginger. Contains caffeine from the black tea. No sugar, no preservatives. Vegan.

How do I brew it?
Use one teaspoon per eight fluid ounces of water. Heat fresh water to around 200°F, pour it over the tea, and steep for three minutes. Use fresh leaves each time you brew.

The ginger takes over. How do I soften it?
Over-steeping pushes both the ginger and the tannins forward. Hold to three minutes, and add a splash of water or a little honey to round the spice.

Is it sweet?
There is no added sugar in the tin. The sweetness reads from the peach. Add honey if you want it sweeter.

How do I make it iced?
Brew it double strength for three minutes, then pour over ice with a slice of lemon.
