First steep hits that tart yuzu note right away, and the green tea underneath stays smooth instead of getting bitter. I've been brewing it a bit cooler than usual and the floral edge really comes through.

The dry leaves smell so clean and fresh, and once steeped, that tart yuzu note lingers beautifully without ever drowning out the sencha’s grassy base. I’ve been brewing it iced in the afternoons, and the floral edge really pops when cold. This is my new go-to for a calm, bright pick-me-up.

The steam from the first steep hit me with that bright yuzu pop before I even took a sip, and the tart citrus lingers just long enough against the clean green tea to feel refreshing, not perfume-y. I’ve been making a second pot in the afternoon and it holds its flavor better than most senchas I’ve t
